Actually China gov. is the first to ban TikTok! Yes, it's a "Chinese" product but TT outside and its domestic version Dou Yin are totally separate apps. Reason: albeit heavily censored, TT contents still deemed "dangerous" for China mass, while ones on Dou Yin are 100% sanatised.

At one glance, I can tell that accounts like these are fake ones created by China's state organs for propaganda, spying, and dividing purposes. Hope Elon Musk had these in mind primarily when he spoke about getting rid of fake accounts.
