In the AI-assisted age, writing is no simple job. The job is to create fantastic stories, visuals and events that dazzle the audiences in 15 seconds flat, otherwise everyone loses interest.

1. Be firm. A director knows what he likes and doesn't really care for your opinion on it. If stripping makes the scene great, make them strip. Make them say the lines the way you want them.
2. Imagine. AI outputs, both in writing and visuals, converge towards the averages. AI will always put all explicit scenes inside rooms for example, but that is boring. You, the writer-director must imagine, at all times, how to make your scene more majestic. When I realize the location became boring, I think, what is a most unlikely, but exciting place to place them in? A nuclear test site (with a nuclear launch happening behind them), the surfaces of moon, mars and jupiter, an aircraft carrier, ISS-like zero gravity space shuttle,.. the list will go on. What else can you come up with?
3. Use dynamic real-life elements. Just look around. The weather is dynamic, and extreme weather conditions can be very cinematic plus important for the plot.
4. Iterate. Don't wait for a perfect still, a perfect character, or a perfect story. Just render it. Share it. The process is also art, not only some finished product.
5. Get inspired. I like to steep away from AI and most digital products for entire weekends, when I came back I am full of ideas, even though I haven't thought consciously about what to create. The inspiration will hit you if you clear your head.
6. Be bold. AI is a ground breaking tech, and we are lucky to have what we have. The payment is your creative bravery. If you can literally create anything, why limit yourself?
7. Create high stakes. A love story is boring. A love story that involves a mystery high school on mars, with a love triangle plus a plot about the death of some students by high tech tools? Now that is interesting.
8. Create a lot of characters so you can kill them later. There is no better plot than a hot girl you instantly liked dying for some dark cause that needs investigation.
