Most Indian vehicles aren’t even E20 compatible ..yet Nitin Gadkari ji is forcing 100% ethanol norms on us!
We the people pay full price for our vehicles + we pay road taxes, insurance, tolls, GST on vehicles, parking, GST on spares, basically or lot of money for everything that one can think of! And yet in return we get Pathetic roads, mostly terrible infrastructure, traffic jams and now fuel that destroys the engines and kills mileage of our vehicles!
Meanwhile we all know that most sugar mills owned by netas & their families and it is their linked companies that are minting crores from ethanol distilleries.
Let's cut out the BS, this is a straight-up Ethanol Scam! And while we INDIANs have to pay a price & yet suffer, these netas profit and make money! Also say if one wants non blended fuel instead of this nonsensical E-20, E-30 or E-100 why can't we be given that?

@mshahi0024 I'm not saying he's not corrupt but bro do you think a minister/MP's only legal source of income is the government salary? What you say makes no sense when you consider they have one or more main legal business (apart from illegal ones)
Dearest @nitin_gadkari ji,
As of 2026, 8 out of 10 vehicles on Indian Roads are Not made for E20 Fuel.
Since E0 or E10 is expensive, the 8 vehicles fill E20. It is not because we do not love our engines. We fill because the fuel which is compatible is extremely highly priced. It's not affordable.
As Indians, we also dream of a lesser polluting fuel, and getting independent of Oil. We think Ethanol is the future and our children will benefit. We know that this is the right move.
But our basic ask is:
- How will you take care of the 8 vehicles out of 10?
- If their engines fail, will insurance cover it?
- Even now, most self owned cars are well maintained. Most of them are not E20 compliant. But we will fill it inspite of lower mileage. The cost is very high.
- Can the Government use tax payer money to ensure that the transition is smoother?
- E20 should be priced atleast 20% cheaper than what is being sold. Remove Excise Duty on E20.
- It is good that we are being futuristic. But it should not be at the cost of the present. You need to give a viable option for existing users which is the majority.
We are not Anti Nationals sir. We just want Better Execution.
Hope my audience will amplify so that this post is presented in the Parliament soon 👍🔥

@I_Am_From_Furya@CountryGulshan E100 is not the problem as it's never going to be put into your regular cars. E30 could be a problem as they might force that into regular E10 and E20 compatible cars.
Some constants on Indian SM
Every April Bangaloreeans will whine and cope and cry about the one month they get mildly hot weather
Every Oct / Nov the teeth gnashing on Diwali and pollution will start
Every Olympics cycle the "saar we bad at sports" cope will start
Every FIFA WC "saaar XYZ country with a population of 10 men and 3 penguins qualified we haven't ".
Every July / Aug when Gurgaon and Hyd (only these cities) flood, the "we need Noahs ark" cope will start.
June 2nd week to Jul 1 week Mumbakars with their "wow monsoon nice", Chennaivasis will post this exactly for that one rainy day in Nov but then the city will flood and then see the point above
This Germany Curacao game shows why the expanded World Cup is so embarrassing. Can you imagine a serious team losing 7-1 to Germany before all these new teams were let in?
Only if Nitin Gadkari fixed the bad roads as passionately as he promotes Ethanol, India would be importing far less oil and saving a lot more public money, time, human lives and environment.
@Panks_Arora@Honda 1. Why is Honda responsible for the government's stupid policies?
2. E100 is for specific cars which are made for this kind of fuel. If you put that fuel in your regular Honda it's your stupidity, Honda won't help you.
Most Indian vehicles were never designed for E20, yet Modi ji's govt & Gadkari ji keep pushing towards E30 and even E100.
As an Indian, I pay full price for my car + taxes on it, pay road tax, pay tolls, pay Centre + state tax on every litre of fuel, pay parking charges… and in return I get $h¡tty infrastructure and now even $h¡ttier forced ethanol-blended fuel that was never meant for most cars on the road.
If I want pure petrol, I should be allowed to buy it. Period.
This ethanol experiment on the common man & their vehicles has made us lab rats.

@HemanNamo@HardeepSPuri@narendramodi@BJP4India@AmitShah@amitmalviya Your AI slop doesn't address the important concerns
1. Consumers pay more for refuelling because efficiency has dropped
2. Efficiency dropped > more fuel required > offsets much of the import savings
3. Someone buying E20 compliant car today faces E27/E30 whenever NiGa feels like
@sandipsabharwal Doesn't matter what he owns. The fact is that lakhs of people in the country own vehicles that are not E20 compliant. What about them?
@sandipsabharwal Do you realise where the ethanol comes from is a minor concern for consumers. What it does to their vehicles is the bigger concern. Care to address that, or do you just wanna play to your own echo chamber?
🚨 Jürgen Klopp has launched a scathing attack on the cooling breaks being used during this World Cup. 👊
"Football is being held hostage by executives sitting in air-conditioned offices.
These breaks are being presented as a shield for player welfare, a noble weapon against the heat. In reality, they are nothing more than a golden cage built for sponsors.
When I saw players standing around during cooling breaks while television timeouts dictated the rhythm of the match, I couldn't help but ask myself: who is the World Cup really serving?
The supporters? The players? Or the advertisers?
A World Cup match should flow like a river. Instead, we are building dams in the middle of it so commercials can be shown.
It's dangerous for the spirit of the game. Football used to be the main event, but it now risks becoming background music for an advertising show."
He didn't hold back. 👏👏
