I am unbelievably excited to announce that our first guest pitmaster for our ongoing series of Spaced Cowboy parties is Don Nguyen of @khoibarbecue on August 17th. This is a collaboration that has been in the works for years and will be one of our best events yet.

Pork ribs, peach tea glazed pork belly, Frito pie sausage, kielbasa, scalloped potatoes, gouda Mac and cheese, jalapeño slaw, poblano creamed corn, beans, and peaches and cream rice pudding for dessert.
