How does LCLUC drive landscape C? It manifests in anthropogenic processes 🌱🌲🌊🚜
Now in #LandscapeEcology, I share how to integrate social, climate, & ecological data within a PLS-SEM to study socioecological systems 👉 https://t.co/CQLkOmuhoK

Glad to join friends & colleagues at the #Fluxnet2023 conference, the first in 5 years! The @FLUXNET_Coop has new opportunities to join & lead. DM me if you want to talk about the ECN rep position or COOP activities.
Excited my 1st work in #AgForMet is online! https://t.co/g8WtModryJ
"Fine Resolution of Remote Sensing Spectra Improves Estimates of Gross Primary Production of Croplands" tells how #Sentinel 2A red-edge enhances GPP estimates in biofuel croplands & prairie.
🌍 Integrating #scicomm with my research has been a source of strength and inspiration. I can't wait to continue as a Postdoctoral Fellow at @ChapmanU, joining the amazing team led by @jawzsh. Thrilled for this next chapter!
🎓 Excited to announce the completion of my PhD from @GEOatMSU & @LEES_MSU, marking a significant milestone in my academic journey!
I am grateful for my friends & family who have cheered me on every step of the way. 🙌

The power of PLS-SEM is the flexibility for building theoretical frameworks. I also promote it as a way to overcome the spatiotemporal disconnect between societal and environmental data, which are represented at different scales.

A yes, I definitely encourage up-cycling your research posters into blogs/curations! Thanks to everyone who gave me great feedback & support out there.
Had a blast at #IALE2023! I presented twice, which is apparently called 'double-dipping' 😂--but my #fluxcourse friends inspired me🤓

Hey, did you know that there's a @QGIS plugin that lets you add a #chatGPT chat tab so you can ask it for help? This is a huge usability win. Has anyone checked on Stack Overflow? They doing okay?
@ThePhDPlace I picked up a new sport and found it blocks out all PhD stress.🛼
That's 2 hrs of healthy distraction w/ non-academic friends. I'm learning something new, getting stronger, & mentally challenging myself. It's a good balance reminder (i.e., don't fall, don't give up)!
Dearest @michiganstateu teaching colleagues, please take care of yourselves this week. You are being asked to do the impossible. Your feelings are valid and real and shouldn’t be minimized. Please reach out if you need support. 💚🤍
@caro_in_space@theAGU Yikes. Same here! 2/3 were default 0 pts. So glad for the single individual who did come by because their feedback was wonderful.
Remote Sensing afficionados! Did you miss our first two tutorials on Remote sensing? You can watch the recordings on our YouTube channel - part one on theory, and part two on data acquisition tools!

NASA Earth Sci data from 100+ sensors will be accessible in ESRI's ArcGIS Living Atlas.
Why am I excited? ArcGIS Online + Living Atlas was the best intro to GIS and Earth Sci for 1st time users in my classroom, with low risk high reward experiences!
