7/8 A week later, the same lawyer filed a near-twin for Hapag-Lloyd in the same court. Six counts. Same statute. Different bill.

A summons came back served Sept 22. No answer from ACS yet. Everything here is an allegation.

10/10 Illinois Marine Towing LLC v. Hamm’s Frontier Marine, LLC, No. 1:26-cv-11745 (N.D. Ill.). Asks $381,369.73 plus interest, costs and fees.

The yard says the bill came to $406,369.73. The owner paid $25,000. Then the river went quiet. 🧵

9/10 That case ended in Jan 2025, dismissed on a joint request. No findings. None of the old cases touch the GUNNAR HAMM.

Now IMT says Hamm’s is the one that didn’t pay. Hamm’s hasn’t answered. All allegations. The current keeps its secrets.
