@2147mill Yeh but if I rent a house for 30 years I still then have to pay rent after that. I pay my mortgage for 30 years, I then don’t pay any more. Also I can sell my house and downsize and get a large chunk of money etc. + the savings I have from mortgage and not rent I can invest
