@marksandspencer Sian @marksandspencer , don't be sorry about it. A lot of your bread has vinegar, palm oil and other seemingly unnecessary items. The slicing issue is secondary but annoying, I believe you slice the bread while still warm and it glues itself back together.

@waitrose Since the new voucher scheme started I am a serial complainer, and hate myself for it. Like a mug I printed off the same voucher this week and still out of stock, but other pack sizes available. This is @waitrose problem, not a store problem.

Yet another wasted voucher @waitrose over 5 trays of blueberries (225g) but not a single 360g punnet over a period of 3 days. Happens far too often on a wide variety of products.

@waitrose The staff are unfailingly lovely. I am not sure that they are to blame on resources being shifted to a sushi bar. Likewise the lifts are on ongoing issue for years.

Queues at checkouts, lifts not working, trolley shortage, empty shelves (esp if On Offer) but all is good at #Dorking @waitrose we have a new, well staffed sushi bar! Where did it all go wrong?

@refsupportuk Managers must accept responsibility as role models. It is disgraceful what referees have to put up with. All the former players who are now pundits volunteering for VAR duty aren't going to ref either. Hypocritical. No other sport tolerates this.
