Stupid 2nd yellow decides the game. 🤷‍♂️

I’m proud to announce my new baby: a guide through the moral maze of modern football. It’s emotional, irrational, biased and occasionally hazy on facts, so just like a real football fan! See link in bio for details #CPFC

[Ybrik the Brave @SaintRef]

@R_SFC15 @joshmids1 @refsupportuk If anyone in the ground could do it better, they'd be doing it. They're not. You're in the stands for a reason.

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

@Rod_Studd Bonkers Rod. And they say “ the problem is they haven’t played the game” 🤦‍♂️

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

Prove you haven’t got a clue without saying “I haven’t got a clue” 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️👇

[Twoforjoy @TwoforjoyTV]

Just to highlight how fucking poor this Premier League refereeing is…

Jarred Gillett gives Newcastle offside, yet Aston Villa take the resulting free kick INSIDE the Newcastle half, exactly where the linesman is indicating the offside occurred.

And this is in the build-up to Villa’s goal.

Can someone explain how an offside offence in Villa’s half results in a free kick for Villa in Newcastle’s half? Make that make fucking sense. 🤦‍♂️

@refsupportuk And the fact many of the replies agree with him! At least some in the replies know the law. Deary me Martin!

[Andy Porter 🟰🟰 @CornishAndy59]

@MainStreetMatt @JosefKane129573 @refsupportuk They don’t criticise for that. Like I said, he does it for a reason & it works every time. But don’t you think that participants in the game should have some understanding of the laws? Rugby/cricket, even hockey, participants have a reasonable understanding, but not football.

[Ybrik the Brave @SaintRef]

@joshmids1 @R_SFC15 @refsupportuk All Referee decisios are questioned during the game and after the game, if Referees had 'feeling's' and were bothered about it, there would be no Refereed at all.

Again, improve the standard by picking up a whistle and showing us easy it is, and how good you are...

[Kieran Maguire @KieranMaguire]

It’s a ‘maybe’ said the ref who was anxious to get his match fee.

[Robbo @Robbouts]

@refsupportuk Love how they're missing the point too, nobody seems to want to answer the original question, they're too ashamed to admit they're sexist pigs from the stone age

[Aethelstan - but still Frank by name..... @ChristChurchTe1]

@adamwate1 @refsupportuk I had one where the water was running across the (slightly sloping) pitch like a mini river.

I called it. The players began waterskiing down the slope on their bellies.

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

You are too scared to answer the question aren’t you?

[Simon Woodford @woodford_simon]

Why you ask?
Do you need a ladder?
🫡

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

That’s a fair point. 🤝

[Robbo @Robbouts]

@refsupportuk Love how they're missing the point too, nobody seems to want to answer the original question, they're too ashamed to admit they're sexist pigs from the stone age

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

Are you”not a big fan of female refs”?

[Simon Woodford @woodford_simon]

Certainly not a good look for you that's for sure 🫡🤦‍♂️

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

That’s not a good look to re-quote that Si. 🫡🤦‍♂️

[Simon Woodford @woodford_simon]

Why have you ''never been a big fan of females officiating in the man’s game'' 🫡

[Josef Kane @JosefKane129573]

@MainStreetMatt @refsupportuk No nerves touched.
Lifetime spent in football so used to ignorant fools.
Lots of people have agendas. For most it's giving abuse to those that have the guts to do what they're too cowardly to do.

[Adam Wate @adamwate1]

What's the worst waterlogged pitch you've encountered @refsupportuk ?

[Chadwell Heath Spartans FC @CH_SpartansFC]

Having a very strong official again today and it’s good to have @Wiggie19871 in the middle of the park. Also a young Assistant Referee learned a lot from the experience of the man in the middle and it was good to see him stand his ground.

@EssexReferees 👏🏻

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

You can correct my “misquote” if you want.🫡

[Simon Woodford @woodford_simon]

@refsupportuk Why have you misquoted him?
Not a good look from you.

[Dan Khan @DanKhan_5]

@refsupportuk And winning 5-0 has nothing to do with it

[Refsupportuk @refsupportuk]

Why have you “never been a big fan of female ref” 🤷‍♂️

[One Siggi Jónsson @RichieMac69]

I’ve never been a big fan of females officiating in the man’s game but the lady today was very good, easily the best so far this season.
