@Fluttermind @skyrionn Played loads of adventures on the C64 with Dad. Plenty of Infocom games plus Twin Kingdom Valley, The Hobbit etc. He used to sneak on the VCS to play Breakout after I went to bed. When we got the C64 I used to go to sleep hearing the jingles from him playing The Sentinel. 😊

@Fluttermind Then had a VCS as my first home games system. Soon after that I saw a ZX80 running a blocky two frame anim of a mouse eating cheese, decided right there I wanted a computer where I could type and make it do things. Got a ZX81 and that was the start of it all for me.

@Fluttermind Like you it all started with arcade machines in the late 70’s & early 80’s (including on a ferry back from Belgium when my parents loaded me up with coins to play to distract me from the rough seas).
