@AerLingus Pass the blame, straight from the AL handbook, if itโs luggage missing ,blame the ground staff provider, now itโs a 3rd party network provider ..zero ownership as usual

@AerLingus@raw401 This is patently untrue , it is typical of the service you provide . I am delayed on around 90% of Aer Lingus flights to & from the UK. I can substantiate this too.
@AerLingus Of course there are other factors but there has to be accountability. Today the EI233 flight was 50 mins late from Gatwick , subsequentlythere was no ground buses available, cabin crew were quick to point out the bus delay is beyond their control, no reference to delayed flight
@AerLingus Your punctuality rate is shocking and if you have the data you are aware of this , really something needs to be done ..choose another airline perhaps but that is difficult from Ireland .
@KateMDraper@AerLingus @acd129 I left a wallet in a flight last month , no help from anyone at Aer Lingus , just told to contact some 3rd party who just give automated replies ...never got wallets despite cerium it was left on aircraft
