The same cycle keeps repeating: something happens, emotions rise, rumors demand immediate action, and people turn on each other because “it’s not working fast enough.” That is when morale breaks.

A boycott is not a grenade. It is a pot of water slowly heating up. We may not agree on every approach, but we need to keep the flame steady. Eventually, the water will reach its boiling point, and it will become impossible to ignore.

Infold is testing whether silence or a new banner will be enough to make us return. If we remain consistent, keep not playing and not spending, they will eventually have to respond or accept losing us, and we are far too valuable to be discarded.

Realistically, a single statement from Infold confirming the cancellation would weaken the boycott significantly. Many people would give up. Yet they still refuse to do it. Why? To me, it suggests they are still assessing the character’s value. If they can keep us without bringing him back, they will not bother. But if we prove that our demand is serious, they will eventually be left with no other choice.

Do not underestimate the power of our unity. Every cent one of us refuses to spend is one less cent they earn. “Marathon, not a sprint” is not just a catchphrase. It is the reality of what makes a boycott successful.

We have a serious problem with constantly shifting narratives here. This is exactly why it is so difficult to keep moving from one position to another when we do not actually know what is happening.

If this has been the case all along, why was it not said earlier? We were left in the dark while the narrative being pushed, and everyone saw it, was that “this was obviously Infold because no casual player could afford to fund something like this.” Now that the current wave is focused on turning people against Infold, the narrative has suddenly become that Infold had nothing to do with it at all.

I am not taking one side or the other, and this is not directed at the OP of the post. I know everyone is simply trying to do their best.

I am only saying that it becomes incredibly difficult to verify anything when the narrative changes every twelve hours.

So I will say it again: before taking any action, stop and think. Look at the sources, question what you are seeing, and decide for yourself what the best course of action is.

That is all I am asking. Before reacting, question the truthfulness of everything you see.

We keep going back and forth, only to end up in the same place, being strung along by misinformation. Before acting, pause, think, and question.
