Spot on. Alphabet's balance sheet is a fortress. They could wipe out their entire debt almost 3x over with just their existing cash. Anyone calling this a 'debt problem' is ignoring the net cash position.
Pro tip for filtering financially illiterate “investment gurus” from your feed: anyone who casts even the slightest doubt on Alphabet’s rising debt levels has absolutely no clue what they’re talking about.
Even anyone who makes it a headline is misleading you.
This will become abundantly clear in my next deep dive on Alphabet.
Wall Street logic right now: punish Big Tech for “wasting” capex on AI, punish SaaS because AI will replace them, and punish GPU manufactures for selling the chips that power the “waste.” 🤔
🔥🔥🔥Wow, this would be epic if true: according to Reuter Elon might merge SpaceX and xAI. The combined entity could unlock a reverse merger where Tesla is the surviving entity. This would be the most epic M&A deal of all time, nothing would be close. It would also enable Elon to keep his promise: to reward Tesla shareholders and it would eliminate the TSLA overhang from a SX IPO. However, SX and xAI investors would have to play along. If anyone could pull this off it would be of course Elon.
Has Broadcom corrected enough to justify a starter position?
Down 23% from the December high and approaching the 38% Fibonacci retracement at $309 - the first meaningful buy zone. Considering a starter position here.
The 50% retracement at $276 or strong support around $253 would be even more compelling.
Valuation looks reasonable: forward P/E 24 with expected 5Y EPS growth of 38%.
What am I missing on AVGO at these levels?
@JOBhakdi Agree - soft catalyst, not a forcing function.
With the right market psychology, it can still trigger reflexivity toward $500: early buyers lead, price moves, FOMO follows.
Many investors likely wait until post-Q4 earnings to avoid event risk.
@Mr_Derivatives TA does work - if you know what to ignore.
~20% is useful, 80% is noise. Took me 10+ years to filter it.
Support/resistance, Fib levels, RSI - when combined with fundamentals or news - massively improve entries, timing, and ROI.
TA alone is just lines.
