Unfortunately, it’s got the rotten bird with it. And has been outside for days (double black bagged but still stinking). Poor store staff
@JDHELPTEAM I emailed a couple of weeks ago about a return I made. I returned two pairs of sandals but was only refunded for one pair. I’ve not received a reply.
Wondering if there’s an issue with @DecathlonUK as I’ve tried contacting them via their WhatsApp (and the online contact form) about items missing from my order. Two blue ticks suggest my message has been read but zero reply. This is poor customer service.
