जो व्यक्ति या संस्था इस काम को 5 करोड़ में कर सकती थी, वह इस टेंडर में अप्लाई ही नहीं कर सकती है

कोई कानूनी जानकर बताए कि सरकारी संसाधनों के खुल्लमखुल्ला दुरुपयोग की यह अनुमति संविधान के किस आर्टिकल में लिखी हुई है?

Does anyone know how many times Maha Manav travelled to the US and Europe after the ACYPL picked him up for the #BhikshaTour of the US in 1993?
As part of Bhiksha, the ACYPL training ensured that in 1995, Modi was appointed the secretary of the BJP's national organisation in New Delhi.
In 1998, he was promoted to the post of National General Secretary of the BJP!
These promotions came despite the fact that most BJP leaders of Gujarat hated his devious and destructive ways so much that, in 1995, at the insistence of all the senior BJP leaders, including current and past chief ministers of Gujarat, PM Vajpayee agreed to ban Modi's entry into Gujarat. In short, he was externed and politically banished from his home state.
He was accused of promoting internal warfare between senior BJP leaders and interfering in the affairs of the govt even though he was only a party secretary.
For six long years, Modi was not allowed entry into Gujarat.
And yet, in October 2001, Modi was air dropped as chief minister of Gujarat, despite tough resistance and opposition by senior-most BJP leaders.
It is now clear that ACYPL and other videshi handlers of Modi ensured that PM Vajpayee and Advani, much against their own wishes, were forced to appoint Modi as chief minister of Gujarat. Hardly any BJP leader wanted him back.
In short, as part of #ACYPLBHIKSHA Modi got the CM's post in 2001.
So pleased was the American Deep State with Modi's obedient performance as Gujarat CM that, that over riding the wishes of ALL the national leaders of the BJP, Modi was fielded as a PM candidate in 2014.
Vajpayee, Advani, Gadkari et all knew that, as in Gujarat where he finished of all tall leaders of BJP, he would do the same with the national level BJP leaders.
Needless to say, the American Deep State ensured that leftists, Islamists and foreign-funded NGOs attacked him relentlessly as a Hindutva fascist.
The Bhiksha Givers of Modi unleashed a clever fake narrative about Modi being a kattar opponent of Islam and Christianity, even while he pampered them silly.
But naive Hindus fell for it thinking he would save Hindus from Islamic tyranny and the Conversion Mafia. Hindus in geneeral and Brahmins, Rajputs, Banias, OBCs etc ensured that Modi led BJP got a resounding mandate in the 2014 General election.
I am the only one who partly understood the Deep State's fake narrative peddled through the likes of Teesta Setalvad and documented Modi's generous treatment of Islamists and Christians in my book, Modi Muslims and Media.
But at the time of writing of my book, even i failed to comprehend that Modi actually hates Hindus.
It took a couple of more years to realize that he has been set up to tear asunder our social fabric and promote a civil war within Hindu society in order to assist the Conversion Mafias to wipe Hindus out.

देखिए तिजारा (अलवर) में कांग्रेस के निर्वाचित पार्षदों को भाजपा और पुलिस के चंगुल से किस तरह छुड़ाया गया।

हालात ऐसे बना दिए गए कि पार्षदों को मजबूरी में बस के शीशे तोड़कर बाहर निकलना पड़ा। महिला पार्षदों को भी बस से कूदकर बाहर निकलना पड़ा।

21 सितंबर को ���ोटिंग से पहले 2 दिन तक राजस्थान पुलिस और हरियाणा पुलिस ने सत्ता के इशारे पर कांग्रेस के पार्षदों को बंधक बनाकर रखा, ताकि वो अपने वोट का इस्तेमाल न कर सकें।

सोचिए.. जिस BJP को राजस्थान की जनता ने नकार दिया, उसने प्रदेशभर में लोकतंत्र को लूटने के लिए सत्ता के दुरुपयोग से लेकर पुलिसिया तंत्र के बेजा इस्तेमाल तक तानाशाही के क्या-क्या हथकंडे अपनाए हैं।

सत्ता के दम पर चुने हुए कांग्रेस पार्षदों पर फर्जी मुक��मे लगाए गए, जबरन उठाया गया, बंधक बनाया गया, धमकाया गया, ताकी उनसे वोटिंग का अधिकार छीन सकें। लेकिन भाजपाई सत्ता की सारी ताकत के बावजूद तिजारा की जनता की ताकत के आगे तानाशाही को झुकना पड़ा।

भाजपा और पुलिस के शिकंजे से निकलकर रात 10 बजे कांग्रेस पार्षदों ने तिजारा पहुंचकर वोट किया और कांग्रेस की जीत हुई।
