@Telstra had raised a complaint on 20th and don’t have a resolution yet. Complaint Reference 70285476. Your team is unable to process an upgrade due to internal Telstra IT billing system upgrade issues. Not a great experience with your team for a silver member.

@Telstra Apparently I am under Silver Member support and I have been sent back twice from your north sydney store. Very poorl support, outdated systems & been a disappointing customer experience with Telstra. How can you claim you are a Tier1 when you can get a basic ID check done?

@Telstra Case manager promised to have his team close the issue within 24hrs before EOB yesterday. However, I get an email that he has gone on leave and would revert in 2 business days. Telstra systems are unable to detect my NSW Govt provided ID and hence I am unable to upgrade my IPhone
