@Acrobat @AdobeCare Hi. Its the Latest Adobe Acrobat DC and Latest Acrobat Reader. No it just says the password is incorrect. IF I take that same file and try to open it locally it works fine, but the second I transfer it to another computer it stops working.

@AdobeCare Hi guys weird issue. When we try to encrypt a PDF with a password we can't open that PDF on a different computer with ADOBE READER. This seems to happen on some computers but not all. If I encrypt with Adobe X compatibility it will work, it wasn't an issue before
