@the_umingmak@ProtonVPN Hi @the_umingmak ,
We release updates every month, normally on the first Monday of the month, on our Kickstarter, IndieGoGo and Discord as well as update preorder customers via email. Today the update will be going out.
I hope this helps.
@adrianweckler Irish company here that uses meet. It works well across all platforms (we're a Linux house and teams and zoom are both moderate on Linux) and has local dial in for basically every country we work with.
@Atomix105@ProtonVPN This is an issue with all network devices, including your ISP modem/router, and is caused by the processor being able to compute the encryption/decryption.
We've addressed this with the InvizBox 2 Pro which we expect to be able to achieve up to 1Gbps.
@Atomix105@ProtonVPN This is called contention (which I always use cars on the motorway analogy - Too many cars means traffic jams). Unfortunately this does happen, however there are 4 connections on the InvizBox 2 and this means you can choose 4 different regions to remove contention issues.
@TycoonTom@ProtonVPN Hi @TycoonTom,
We don't offer discounts unfortunately, however we do have a 30 day refund policy (as per our T&C) if you're not happy and a 2 year warranty if you are!
@VizibleDarkness @ProtonVPN Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. The vast majority of our customers are very happy. If you would like to drop me a DM I'd be happy to see what I can personally do to sort your problem (this is the CEO responding currently) or it may help improve our service.
Extend your VPN connection to all your internet-connected devices with @invizbox, an open-source router that can be easily configured with ProtonVPN. Additional features include setting up multiple VPN hotspots, parental controls, and more: https://t.co/YcOOWrJnqO
