『連合南山城の街頭スピーチ』（祝園駅）
9月３日(木)6時30分〜
　鵜ノ口悟議長、山田良尚事務局長、精華町の大野みどり町議、徳田貴仁町議と共スピーチしました。
　また、チラシを配り、さまざまな労働相談に乗る『連合相談ダイヤル』フリーダイヤル0120-154-052（行こうよ、連合に）の広報をしました。
　この度、9月1日から、政府は、労基署による「残業月45時間以内」の一律指導が見直しました。
　わかりやすく言えば、月45時間以内という残業規制の緩和の決定です。
　この改正について、私は、次のようなスピーチをしました。
　『もちろん、人手不足の中、働きたい労働者が、長時間、働くことには、問題はありませんが、今回の改正により、体調の悪い労働者、育児や介護などで長時間労働が困難に労働者などが、長時間労働を強いられて、健康を害するリスクが高まります。
　年月が経つにつれ、今回の改正により、長時間労働が増えて、体調を壊す方や離職者や、最悪、過労死の被害者が増えるリスクがあります』
　『政府が目指している、裁量労働制の拡大が実現したら、働く方々の残業代がカットされ、手取りが減る。これは、阻止せねばならない』
　などと、スピーチしました。　
　労働者と経営者が円満に合意し、共に、ハッピーになれる制度を目指して、私も頑張ります。

大賑わいです！
　お子さんたちが楽しめるブースがたくさんあり、子どもたちで大賑わいです。
　主催者の宇治商工会議所青年部の方々のご尽力に頭が下がります。
　美味しい地元の名店の出店もたくさん。
　ラピス唐揚げ、台湾純雪氷いちご、和旬Kienの鱧だしラーメン、ちょい呑みはわいの串カツ、和佐のうなぎ棒寿司、よっしゃんの抹茶コロッケなど、買わせて頂きました。
　晩には盆踊りもあります。

『城陽井手木津川バイパス』の早期整備を！
〜京都南部の活性化の切り札！〜
　『城陽井手木津川バイパスを急いでほしい！』
　と、地元の多くの方々から、この週末も、要望を受けました。
　そこで、早期整備への課題を、私なりにまとめて、AIを使って、ペーパーを作りました。
　人口が減り続け���京都南部にとって、このバイパスは、活性化の切り札です。
　私も、新名神と共に、城陽井手木津川バイパスの早期整備を目指して、ライフワークとして取り組んできました。
　このバイパスは、国道24号の渋滞緩和や災害時のネットワーク強化を目的として、2019年に国により、事業化されました。
　ただ、用地取得や調査にも時間を要しており、全線開通までは、まだ相当な時間がかかります。
　次の５つの課題を克服し、整備がスピードアップするように、私も取り組みます。
① 用地取得のスピードアップ！
② 国の予算をしっかり確保！
③ 新名神「大津～城陽」の開通時期を確定！
④ 新名神「大津～城陽」の早期開通！
⑤ バイパス全線開通の目標時期を明確に！
　私も国会質問などにより、繰り返し、国交省に予算要望してきましたが���新名神の早期開通が、バイパス整備のスピードアップにつながります。

『新名神高速道路の早期開通を！』
〜『城陽〜大津間』、早ければ３年後〜
　地域の多��の方々から、
『新名神は、いつ開通するんや？』
　と、よく聞かれます。
　現状と私の考えを、AIを使って、添付のペーパーにまとめました。
　【現 状】
　NEXCO西日本高速道路（株）が、2025年12月18日に、以下の発表しました。
　『工事完了まで「少なくとも3年以上」
進捗によっては「さらに1～2年程度」』
　このように３年後〜５年後の開通、という幅のある表現で、開通時期が確定していません。
　そのため、自治体や民間業者なども、本格的な計画がたてられず、準備や周辺整備にも、本腰を入れられない状況です。　
　そこで、京都府や自治体と共に、私は、西日本高速道路（株）に対して、
　『早く、開通時期を確定させて下さい。
　そうしないと、地元は、準備を本格化できません』
　と、繰り返し、強く要望しています。
　先ほども投稿したように、新名神の開通時期が確定しないと、南北の城陽井手木津川バイパスの整備もスピードアップしないのです。
　私も2000年間、26年間、ずっと、新名神を推進してきました。
　1日も早く、開通時期が確定するように、引き続き、取り組みます。
