@VedicCatalyst I also want to know how to deal with this case: lets say Libra asc. , Venus in second house with Rahu, thus Ketu falls in 8th, so how should we interpret Rahu having more effect on 8th house or Ketu in 8th house?

I have two questions:
1. Any special cases for Aries and Libra where 1st and 8th lord are same?
2. How do Ra-Ke axis behaves here in 2-8th axis , would Ra be more compatible with expansive thoughts or be self-obsessed and shun any differences?

I did research on theoretical CS people available on astrodatabank and found Ra-Ma trines. Maybe you should begin with analysing their Mercury and Ketu.
