UPDATE FROM BAMUTAKUDDE.
The Chairman's Children's Party was a success! ๐
Over 200 children from Bamutakudde & neighbouring villages came together as they prepare to go back to school tomorrow.
We cooked together, ate together, danced, played football, swam & enjoyed theatrical plays by the children.
I organize this every holiday so every child feels they belong to this village. Their smiles say it all.
Wishing all our children a great 3rd term!

Today, CDA Cleverley and Uganda's new Minister of Works and Transport Fred Byamukama dug into how U.S. companies can help deliver the roads, bridges, and transport systems connecting communities and driving growth. The United States is ready to help accelerate Uganda's infrastructure goals.
I turned 50 today, and my team put together a nice surprise for me with cake cutting and unforgettable messages. I am grateful to build this platform with Transformers who continuously turn ideas into impact for our motherland, Uganda.
Parenting is interesting. You start the family as young people, living together as a couple and in few years, you again live alone together as old people. The children get bored living in the same house for 20 years, your food becomes unpalatable, you ask every friend they bring at home who their parents are & where they live, & canโt stand you asking them where your phone is when itโs actually in your hands. What do we do with these 6 bedroom houses?
.@OfwonoOpondo: In this town, you will never hear Gen. Salim Salehโs sirens when he is passing by, but it's these little ministers, whom nobody actually knows, who are the ones moving around with sirens demanding the right of way.

The red thing is a trash bin. 50-60m away. You can afford to get CJ takeaway to the beach, but canโt walk 50m to dispose off your trash. You are trash yourself.
๐ธ๐ฅ Eeh eeeh eeeh Eeh bundibugyo in Uganda is a discovery ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Hey Ugandans Have you ever seen a bridge without any wire used on it (not even a steel wire) , this bridge the minister of local government Hon @BalaamBarugahar has visited today in bundibugyo district should actually go down in books as a historical and tourism sight ๐, money for this bridge was approved the wise engineers did a lot of research, innovation and decided that using only water , sand and stones was very enough , as if not enough also shifting it so that a neighbors land can be compensated could yield more wealth for them !
Leaving the problem unsolved, itโs non functional and in a wrong location away from the road
President @KagutaMuseveni will never heal from this , blamed abused on behalf of the leaders ๐
Well I can assure you bano bagenda kulima ๐๐ผ

โI have received from the President of the Security Council, the official outcome of the second straw ballot conducted today by the Security Council. I am grateful to all members of the Security Council. I look forward to continued engagement with members of the Security Council and all Member States of the United Nations.โ
Ambassador Olara Otunnu, Candidate for Secretary General of the United Nations.
To the men and women with whom I served, I say a big thank you.
Together, we scaled the plains of Kitgum, the Kilak Hills of Gulu, the Zoka forests of Amuru, the dense forests of the Congo, the deserts of Somalia, and the vast plains of South Sudan and the Central African Republic, all in search of peace and stability, not only for the people of Uganda, but for our entire region.
Wherever duty called, we went. We answered the call without hesitation.
Today, it is not only Uganda celebrating the peace and stability we helped build. Our neighbours are celebrating too.
To every man and woman who stood beside me through those difficult years, thank you for your courage, sacrifice, loyalty and service.
We served together. We endured together. And together, we made a difference.
Uganda provides 600+ military and police officers to four @UNPeacekeeping missions.
They are #ServingForPeace at great personal risk and under harsh conditions to help others. We thank them for their service and sacrifice.

@AAgather Agather, In 2022, I was fined 2m for calling out corruption in sport. This journey has taken me long & some of these rants emanate from this. If you follow sport, you will realize that I donโt wither. I have called out against poor refereeing, transfer of players, fixtures etc.
