@holinka A very large reason the WoW UX is now so good, is that it took Addons and implemented them into the UI itself. No matter how good your UI/UX department is, it will never stand a chance against the combined effort of your community.
UI Addons is a must in an MMO, but with limits.

@Jinjix Likely this will only include a 3D model of your initial design document. If you made any mistakes or want to adjust anything after you receive the package, it is important to know how that extra work will be priced. Commonly this is on a per hour basis at around £100/h.
