Ultimately, whether a person is introverted or extroverted, what matters is their ability to lead and manage a team effectively. If a person can communicate well, be a leader, analyse and make informed decisions, they will be able to succeed in their role.
Introverted PMs, how is that?
For products, the ability to communicate effectively and lead a team is the key to success. However, not all products are extroverted or sociable people.
