Pretty lady who tells me what to do said she didn't know if she was going to homecoming. Told her I'd hang out with her if she went.
Think that was the part where I'm supposed to ask to *take* her to it. Did not do that.
Fumbled beautiful lady. Sadge
Thankfully, the college I most likely will be going to is test optional. So, if they screw me over and I can't take the exam, I am 100% gonna give up on taking it
At what point in my life did I develop the public speaking skills to be VOLUNTEERING to make and give a presentation to middle schoolers
Its a very good looking presentation tho π
Was getting nervous about dealing with school tomorrow on the knee scooter
Then I realized I couldn't do anything to make it easier
So I stopped worrying about it
Problem solved, anxiety cured, apparently
It is taking all my heart and soul not to pick at this goddamn scab
It doesn't help that my whole leg is pretty itchy now that I've started walking a little. Like, it'd be so easy.
Ive been allowed to expose my incisions to full air for literally only two days and I'm already fighting the instinct not to pick the scabs
In better news, I am now allowed to start practicing standing and walking on the foot! Which is nice. Gonna take time tho
3 weeks post op, fresh update:
Moved into a boot now. Pain is increasing, likely from a mix of nerves coming back to life and my foot getting stiff. Not a bad sign
Boot hurts like hell, but I just got it today. Im allowed to take breaks from it, so at least that helps
@loud_stars_ I can't even remember back when I started reading them, but ive read them all the time and own all the books
Me and my mom routinely binge the entire movie set together, so ive got practically the entire thing ingrained in my memory
