Introducing stORE (staked ORE), a liquid staking token for ORE.
stORE is a new primitive for the ORE ecosystem, an optional receipt token to wrap staked ORE.
🧵
ORE has officially frozen the mint program.
This is a major milestone and security upgrade for token holders. The max supply has been made immutable and emissions rate is permanently capped.
Here's what this means for users... 🧵
I’ve always told you the $ore of bnb/eth/etc will be the one and only @OREsupply . The smart ones will bridge over to @solana to buy $ore below $1k … the rest, and it will be the majority, will get to buy $ore on their favorite chain for $10k plus. I’ve never seen anything activate my network like $ore. It’s bringing people out of the woodwork from my btc and eth days I have caught up with in years.
My base case is 10% of solana market cap or about $19k ore at today’s prices. I expect as we reach 10% though two things will happen… we won’t stop at 10% and we will begin to capture SoV stats on other chains. Just getting 1% of $eth adds $9k to my ore price target… 1% of $bnb another $3k.
$ore is a runaway freight train. You don’t need to buy much to position yourself for this one. What you need to do is study the tokenomics and learn them for yourself in the mines… can be on small dollars… but understanding why people mine and how it works is critical because that is what drives stacking yield, buybacks and ultimately mining yield. It is why $ore is a more fair SoV than anything before it… fair launch and anyone can do it (no hardware or free electricity required).
What you need is conviction though as ore will test it. We’re going through 4yr crypto cycles of higher highs and higher lows every two weeks or so… you need to be prepared to hold through 70% drawdowns to ride the next wave. Some will try to trade the peaks and valleys but that’s not for me…. I’m just riding over each wave making sure I don’t get washed to shore.
What I am doing is making a new ore protocol for you to do the same. A place for you to deposit your ore and never need to worry about it again… where it can grow without people borrowing it to short ore… a place where you can borrow against it without interest or liquidation risk. A place to prove $ore is the ultimately SoV.
