Day68 #100DaysOfCode : Using @auth0 for user authentication in a basic @reactjs app.
Perhaps unfair to make a direct comparison but I found it much less intuitive than using @heartcombo in @rails apps 🤔
Anyone else had experience with both? What am I missing?

@Adorism80 @creaturenex @rockmyrecipe @render @rails I didn't use a blueprint I just created the file and copied the example. Aside from the plan:type all worked perfectly - the documentation was great. I only realised there must be a problem when my credit card details were asked for and went digging in other areas of the docs.

Shout out to @render for their docs on deploying a @rails app 👍although adding the free web plan to the render.yaml file wasn't immediately obvious 🧐 🤓

@Adorism80 @creaturenex @rockmyrecipe @render @rails Yes. I was following the 'Getting Started with Ruby on Rails on Render' quickstart guide. I would expect to see a line in this render.yaml example showing `plan: type` and a mention that this needs adjusting depending on your plan type.

End of wk4 #100DaysOfCode #Javascript Playing with #NodeJS has been interesting. It's un-opinionated so more flexible than #RubyOnRails but for a standard CRUD app it's hard to imagine why you *wouldn't* still choose to organise your files the Rails way? 🤔
