@LeafsPR Hope Stolarz is back to full health.
However one wonders how Leafs plan to win games next season with two goalies with health issues.
Hard to get into a rhythm.
If Woll, Stolarz and Rielly all return to play next season we will be back to this deflating position again.

Shanny made wrong choices in selecting GMs.
There may be hope with a shrewd GM that doesn’t rely on trial & error process.

Were left with depleted assets, no picks and a dark future.
With Rielly’s NMC, abysmal performance and Woll’s frailty and misplacement in crucial moments of a game there is little hope for following seasons.

@Leafslatest Unfortunately it is starting to become clear that you can’t build a team around Matthews. He is not “the guy”! He is the lucky guy scoring a lot, feeding off “the guy”. Should Leafs trade 34 and 88? Yes, at least one of them.

@mirtle This mess started under Dubas/Shanahan when they were locked in on a soft core.
Even stitching C on 34’s shirt appears a weak move in hindsight.
This was and is a soft team unable to match the competitive nature of the game.

@FirstUp1050 @DarrenDreger It’s not time… it’s overtime🤓 I mean… overdue. At this point it is best if he’s not on the ice. The entire D is core seems more composed. GM can’t do much w/o picks but he can try to trade or buy him out.
