@Phuxxx @solution78 @florianklenk Vor offiziellen Beitrittsanträgen gibt es normalerweise erst diplomatische Annäherungen. Es gab Signale aber komplexe Beziehungen. Ab wann man den Betrittswunsch zählt liegt wohl im Auge des Betrachters. Siehe beispielsweise Ukraine und EU Beitrittsantrag.
