so bc @Iberia lost my luggage and despite them telling me countless times, they would arrive a delivery, they said it's my responsibility to pay my way back to my airbnb... even though i went to the airpot because of an issue they created... make it make sense
@Iberia Just because you emailed me about an irrelevant inquiry doesn’t mean I should be denied access to speak with someone of authority. My concerns are not being given adequate solutions. You are literally taking advantage of your customers

i just called and the rep told me i can’t even have the name of the supervisor on staff.
