I thought it depends on a company-by-company basis. Seeing as regulations still have a way to go perhaps some would try to avoid abiding by laws and good practices.

โ ๏ธ I was shocked by his response. Expecting a disgruntled figure, he was desperate for the regulations to go further. He was in a difficult position as. Being accountable to the company CEO, his security decisions that were underpinned by the company's business objectives.
