@SouthernRailUK That I understand but it was so overcrowded. People were feeling ill and distressed but there was not one member of staff to be seen. I felt it was quite dangerous and no one did a thing to help. Very disappointing.
@SouthernRailUK Hi. We are stuck on a late running train to Brighton at Gatwick. The previous train was cancelled and you seem to think that 8 coaches are plenty instead of the normal 12. Some of the coaches are IMO dangerously overcrowded. Why have you allowed this to happen?
@SouthernRailUK Because our train from East Croydon and Littlehampton has been cancelled (Thanks) can I use Delay Repay to hopefully get some money back?
@SouthernRailUK We are finally moving. And yes I read the warnings on the website, but were told at Three Bridges if we are going to Victoria get this train. Do not blame me for your poor service.
@SouthernRailUK Hi I'm on a very delayed train to Victoria at Horsham. I understand about the landslip but we are waiting for a pilot driver. Why weren't they here waiting for us? We were nearly 30 minutes late to begin with
@SouthernRailUK Why wasn't there one here? Why were told to get this instead of the replacement bus? This is extremely poor service. I understand about the landslip but the organisation and communication is terrible. You need to do better.
