@TTChelps I have been on the northbound train (cart 5495) from bloor station the past 15 or so minutes and it’s been moving very smoothly but it keeps announcing non-stop “attention customers, this delay is due to an injury at track level.” where is the delay?
@TTCnotices I am on a stopped train. We are getting different version of announcements within couple of minutes about what’s happening at college station! Some say delays, some say service resumed. Some say mechanical issues, some say medical issues. Very confusing
@TTChelps The only thing we were told at the College subway platform was that buses are upstairs! And there were no announcements/help at the ticket / turnstile area! For someone who doesn't use College Station often, it was not customer-friendly!
@TTChelps the southbound train (cart 6013) from finch has been saying “this train is out of setvice” at north York center, Sheppard, and York mills... No one correcting the announcements and it’s getting annoying!
@GOtransit so the 1:26pm eastbound express train from Aldershot to union is delayed but there is no update showing on the go transit website! (I only find out when i got to aldershot station). The only delay showing on the go transit website is the 12:04 - 14:24.
@TTCnotices Why are there no staff at finch telling people that there are no train service and direct people to shuttle buses? people keep going down to train platform
@TTChelps The southbound train (i am on cart 5653) from finch keeps announcing that "This train is out of service" when we get to a station even though trains are moving. It's been doing that for 4 stops now and it's very annoying.
@TTCnotices Your announcements/updates are very confusing ... some announcements are saying animal at track, some are claiming "operational issues." And then some are saying buses are running, some are saying buses are on their way.
