We are middle class.3k is enough good amount for us to spend. My parents have Ortho and neuro issues.If railway can’t give a lower seat to them, the least they can do is put them in WL ,so that we can cancel and get the refund. FYI they are 60+ yrs old.Please look into the issue

@RailwaySeva I tried booking 2 tickets for my parents today using your tatkal service (22883). My parents are old and got middle and upper birth. How your code logic works which gives senior citizen people these seats.even we will not get refund If we cancel this. Disappointing
