@CiteCase The question is if the accused is arrested and is in jail for 70 days is he entitled for default bail u/s 167(2) cr.p.c read with 173 cr.p.c

@CiteCase Criminal law ammendment act 2018 has ammended section 173 of cr.p.c and added clause( 1A ) directing to complete investigation of rape cases in 2 months where as section 167 has not been amended giving a time period of 60 days and 90 days to complete investigation.
