I went to the salon this weekend to relax my hair.

Grabbed Lush relaxer and sat down.
After she finished, she asked if I wanted a treatment too.

It had been ages since I did one, so I just said “okay” without asking the price.

Big mistake 😩

Bill dropped:
Relaxer: 2,000
Workmanship: 4,000
Treatment: 12,000

Total: 18,000

All that... just to relax my hair.

Walked out regretting that “okay” the whole way home.

Lesson learned: always ask “how much?” before “okay” 😂

For the first time in my life, i was this close to insulting an old man with grey hair

So yesterday being Sunday, i went to Vinca hospital to see a doc cos i was feeling sick.

I noticed they had just a single doctor attending to patients and the crowd was alot so they assured us more doctors were coming.

I was in the hospital from 9:30am till 3pm waiting and i suddenly got so impatient cos the front desk were so disorganized.

People i came before were told to go in before me.

That was how i got angry and started shouting at the front desk people and expressing my frustrated

That was how one old man said i was barking.

Omo, i almost lost my cool on him. Had to restrain myself so i don't insult him.

He later came to me to apologize and i told him to fuck off.

I dislike unkind and inconsiderate men

I was scrolling Tinder the other day and bumped into a friend. She’s married and has a 5-year-old kid. On Facebook, she’s all “blessed wife and mom” posts.

So what’s she doing on Tinder?

I just got off the phone with my mum, and I’m still trying to process what she told me.

According to her, my uncle got another woman pregnant. So she recently gave birth, and he has given his wife an ultimatum to go and do OMUGWO for the woman and take care of her because she has nobody. He said if she doesn’t, she should pack her things and leave his house.

Yes, you read that correctly.

He’s asking his lawful wife to nurse the woman he cheated with after she had his baby.

I had to ask my mum to repeat the story because it sounded too outrageous to be real.

We’re pleased to announce that IPF has successfully concluded its 2nd quarter medical outreach held last week.

As part of this outreach, we visited the Federal Medical Centre, Jabi Abuja, where we engaged with patients and provided financial support to individuals awaiting dialysis treatment. It was a humbling experience to stand with them in such a critical moment.

At IPF, our vision remains clear: to provide assistance where it is needed most and help lift the burden on vulnerable individuals and families. We remain committed to consistent impact-driven outreach across communities.
