Peter Shilton and Admiral team up to offer readers tracksuits and a range of goalkeeper jerseys in red, white and blue, all with the Peter Shilton crest. But not green.
Most people only know me as a footballer
16 years. Leeds. Ipswich. Plymouth. Portsmouth
What they don’t know is what happened after.
When my career ended I lost my identity overnight.
The structure, the purpose, the money — gone.
I had a family to provide for and no idea who I was without football.
Fitness saved me. Not just physically. It gave me back my discipline, my confidence, my sense of self. It made me a better dad and a better man.
Now I work with men in their 40s who are going through their own version of that.
Full-time jobs. Kids at home. Weekends they actually want to enjoy. Life got busy. The body changed. The fire went quiet.
These men don’t need a programme that demands perfection. They need one that actually fits their life.
I don’t ask you to choose between the gym and your life.
We build it into your life.
No extremes. No nonsense.
Just structure, consistency and someone in your corner who actually gets it.
Because I’ve been that man who felt lost.
And I know the way back.
If that sounds like you — follow along.
Or DM me ‘Kickstart’ and let’s talk.
You’ve got more to give. 👊”
February football 🫥
Rainy pitches, awkward bounces and wet hands.
That’s when gloves make or break your game. 🧤
Grip is non negotiable, and we’ve got you!
Meanwhile in the Turkish 3rd tier, the referee carries out a pitch inspection despite there being more than a foot of snow on the grass. 🤣🤣
He called the game off eventually.
Rotate your dartboard!
As always after the Worlds, a lot of people get their first dartboard. If you rotate it often it will last a lot longer than if you keep throwing at the same target all the time
Happy darting! 😄🎯

“Thinking Of You”
This Sister Sledge song was originally the B-side to their UK top 20 single "Lost in Music" in July 1979, written and produced by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards.

Back in the late 1960s , ITVs Gerald Sinstadt interviewed a very young Scunthorpe United forward called Kevin Keegan.
I wonder if he ever made it in the game?
Respect to every young keeper grafting this season 🙌
Training hard and performing on matchdays, it's all worth it in the long run.
