So @AvantiWestCoast My qualifying Club Avanti journey has not appeared on my account, and your reply simply says this is a “widespread” issue with no timescale for resolution.
I travelled in good faith to earn the advertised benefit. I now expect the journey to be credited ASAP😡
So @bt_uk broadband moved my account without asking to @EE , where I cannot now see my bill, change my package, nor do they answer the phone ! (ironic customer fail ?) How do big companies get away with such dreadful service 🤬
@btbusinesscare Managing bills would be easy if they were correct ! As mine have been wrong since February “managing” them is not as easy as your video makes out and has involved hours on chat & phone to incompetent staff 😡
Advise to small business owners DO NOT use @bt_uk for your business because they make mistakes at every turn and then charge you for them 🤬🤬🤬🤬I’m beyond angry and I’m going to the ombudsman!
Would someone form @BTBusiness or @btbusinesscare please contact me as a matter of urgency before the incompetence that has been shown over the last 2 months sends me over the edge 🤬 For a company in the communication business.....

When a relative dies, life is stressful for those dealing with their affairs. Most all organisations have been helpful and easy to deal . Not @DavidLloydUK though, who have been beyond terrible. Demanding the individual rejoins and not replying to emails or their own chat via app
