I recently travelled on 6E18 .77W from Istanbul to Mumbai on Date - 25/07/2025. Unfortunately, my luggage experience was very unpleasant. My bag was damaged and received in open condition when I received it on Belt no.4 at Mumbai Domestic Airport.

@IndiGo6E I have requsted for a call back multiple times from the support but there hasn't been any assistance from Indigo team. I would request the higher management from Indigo Airlines to review this get this sorted out on urgent basis @IndiGo6E

@IndiGo6E Till date I haven't received any assistance from airport to locate missing items or any acceptance from Indigo that this damaged and missing items has been caused by them.
