🚨Vodafone Idea has received GST penalty orders worth over ₹83 crore from Mumbai and Bengaluru authorities.
The penalties relate to licence fee and tax claims, and the company plans to challenge the orders through legal action.
🚨Lenskart will acquire a 29.24% stake in South Korea’s iiNeer for ₹186 crore.
The deal aims to strengthen its optical hardware capabilities.

🚨Vikran Engineering has secured 45.75 MW solar projects in Madhya Pradesh under the PM-KUSUM scheme.
The company will sell power to MPPMCL for 25 years.

NHAI has received SEBI approval for the Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust as a Public InvIT.
This move will help monetise highway assets and offer a long-term investment option for retail and domestic investors.
🚨SEBI Eases Rules 📄
SEBI has doubled the limit for issuing duplicate securities from ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh.
Also, notarisation of the affidavit is no longer needed for securities worth up to ₹10,000, reducing compliance for investors.
🚨🚀Zepto IPO Update :
Zepto will pre-file its DRHP on Dec 26 via the confidential route, aiming for a stock market listing in 2026.
If successful, it will be one of the youngest Indian startups to list, joining rivals Zomato and Swiggy.
Zepto is valued at $7B and has raised $1.8B (₹16,000 cr) so far.
🚨Ola Electric Update ⚡
Ola Electric has received a ₹367 crore sanction order from the Ministry of Heavy Industries.
This is for demand incentives for FY 2025, with the amount to be released through IFCI Ltd.
🚨Solarworld Energy got a ₹725 crore order from NTPC Renewable, to be completed in FY 2026–27.
It also recently won a ₹806 crore BESS project from GUVNL.
🚨Silver Rally 🚀
A ₹50,000 silver investment in 2015 is now worth 4x.
Prices jumped from ₹33,360/kg to ₹2,28,948/kg in 2025.
Silver is also at a record $78.5/oz, up 146% this year.
🚨PNB Loan Fraud Update ⚠️
PNB has reported a loan fraud of over ₹2,400 crore linked to the former promoters of SREI.
The bank has already made provisions for the entire amount.
🚨IndiGo held a 64% domestic market share before the December flight disruptions, DGCA data showed.
The airline’s share had already slipped 2% month-on-month in November.
