Nigeria today is a vindication of deceptive union forged under colonial construct. Over 60yrs, no electricity, no water and many terrorism. The feign provisions that made the union called Nigeria hasn’t worked for over 60yrs. Why killing Biafrans (IPOB) who demand referendum?
HE CALLS FOR UNITY AND NONVIOLENCE.
THEY CALL HIM A TERRORIST.
Nigeria’s illegal imprisonment of truth-speaker Nnamdi Kanu
Read the Sokoto Declaration. Then look at the cell.
A man chained in Sokoto just told the world, in writing, that the way forward is strict non-violence. Unity across tribe. Unity across religion. Unity across race. The basic human rights every human being is born with. Those are his words. That is now the record.
That is not a terrorist. That is a conscience.
And that is what the regime in Abuja cannot survive — a prisoner whose only weapon is the truth, and whose truth keeps getting louder the deeper they bury him.
Nnamdi Kanu was illegally abducted from Kenya. Tried under a law that no longer existed. A British dual citizen, convicted for words spoken in London. Shackled 800 kilometers from his family in a cell in the heart of the Caliphate to silence him.
It did not work. It will not work.
The whole charade has collapsed. The man calls for peace and they call him a terrorist. The man calls for unity and they call him a separatist. The man calls for human rights and they call him a threat. They have run out of lies, and the world has finally learned to read.
His only crime is telling the truth about a tryannical regime built on graves.
Release Nnamdi Kanu. Release every prisoner of conscience. Release them today.
The world is watching. History is taking names. And the prisoner of Sokoto has already won.

Mr President, @realDonaldTrump Sir the people of Bịafra need you to recognise Bịafra sovereignty, then action.
Our land is undersieged by illegitimate governors flooding us with terrorist men in uniform, locking our private businesses and abducting our youths.
An Open Letter to President @realDonaldTrump.
Mr @POTUS,
History has a cruel way of returning when lessons are ignored. For Biafrans history is not a distant memory it is a living wound. Between 1967 and 1970 the world watched as an entire people were pushed to the edge of extinction. During those years Biafrans openly declared their belief in the values America claims to stand for freedom self determination and the dignity of human life. They believed the United States would not abandon them. They believed America would speak when silence meant death.
America did not speak.
Instead Britain armed and protected Nigeria while the Nigerian state unleashed a campaign that wiped out an estimated 3.5 million Biafrans most of them women and children. Starvation was used as a weapon. Hospitals were bombed. Villages were erased. The world knew. America knew. Yet America chose to look away and history recorded that silence as complicity.
Today Mr President Biafrans are knocking on America’s door again not because they are foolish but because hope refuses to die even after genocide. They are asking for help not weapons not war but protection recognition and justice. They are asking America to finally live up to the values it preaches.
The conditions that led to the Biafran genocide did not disappear. They were buried under propaganda and forced unity. Nigeria remains a state held together by violence. Igbos and other indigenous peoples are still targeted. Peaceful agitators are labeled terrorists. Unarmed civilians are killed with impunity. The same mindset that justified mass slaughter decades ago is still in power today.
Mr President this is not just about Biafra. It is about what America represents in the eyes of the oppressed. When America stays silent dictators grow bolder. When America looks away mass graves multiply. When America chooses interests over humanity history keeps score.
You often speak about strength. True strength is not only shown in military power or economic dominance. True strength is the courage to say never again and mean it. True strength is refusing to let allies commit atrocities under the cover of diplomacy. True strength is protecting a people who have already suffered too much.
If America allows history to repeat itself it will confirm what many already fear that Biafran lives simply do not matter to the West. That Black African lives are expendable. That genocide is acceptable as long as it serves geopolitical interests.
Mr President you have a chance to change that narrative.
You have the power to demand accountability from Nigeria. You have the power to insist on a referendum for Biafra supervised by the international community. You have the power to stop the criminalization of a people whose only crime is demanding freedom. You have the power to ensure that the phrase never again is not an empty slogan.
Biafrans are not asking America to fight for them. They are asking America not to betray them again. They are asking America not to stand on the wrong side of history twice.
In 1967 America watched and 3.5 million people paid with their lives. In 2026 America is being asked to choose again. This time the world is watching with clearer eyes and louder voices.
Mr President do not allow history to repeat itself. Do not let silence become blood once more. Let America finally be remembered as the nation that corrected its mistake and stood for justice when it mattered most.
The souls of millions are still waiting for that redemption.
