For a long period of time, I have actively supported Arkham, shared information about the project, and consistently promoted it within my circle.

In the latest season, my referrals invested a significant amount — approximately ~$90,000 (this figure is verified, as these are people I know personally), making them some of the most active participants.

The points program has already concluded, and the exchange itself has ceased operations. However, despite more than a year passing since the program began, participants have received neither rewards nor any clear explanations. There have been no official announcements or clarifications via Twitter, Discord, or other communication channels.

As a result, participants who committed substantial time and capital to farming points are left without outcomes, communication, or transparency. This creates a strong impression that their contributions have effectively been disregarded.

We respectfully request a clear and official explanation regarding the final outcome of the points program, as well as definitive information on rewards, compensation, or any transfer of points to a new platform. Projects that value their reputation and community maintain open communication and honor their commitments.

We expect that this matter will receive the attention it requires and that a clear, fair, and responsible resolution will be provided.

2. @Arkham Particular attention should also be given to the issue of users’ funds being blocked. We understand that some of these restrictions may be related to U.S. regulatory requirements. However, in the current situation, where the exchange has effectively ceased operations, ensuring users’ access to their funds becomes critically important.
If Arkham is indeed planning to launch a new decentralized platform, it would be a logical and necessary step to take all possible measures to resolve this issue. This directly impacts not only the trust of existing users but also the broader community’s loyalty, including influencers who will ultimately decide whether to support and promote the project going forward.
At present, the situation with blocked funds remains complex and, for many users, effectively unresolved. This calls for transparent communication and concrete actions from the project.
