@nya_koro_22 Maybe she went just one stop so she could ensure she had a seat for the return leg (especially because she had a small child & stroller). I know lots of Japanese people who do that same thing.
@pradeepXkapoor This is the fastest I’ve drained my max plan in the last year. Faster than OG fable.. Tbf I was pushing it harder than fable, but it’s definitely draining faster.
@Bitcoin_Bobby1@MattWalshBlog 20 years is far too long I agree. What you’re proposing though would have also led to many wrong executions. Probably a couple of years is reasonable. If they’re caught red handed and there’s no doubt, execute them the same day they capture them.
@Bitcoin_Bobby1@MattWalshBlog 100% support the death penalty & I’m fine with her suffering a bit after what she did - BUT my one caveat is that we *do* need to be very careful that a person did what they’re accused of if not caught red handed/on video. She was caught with the skull so not the case here I know
@DeaconDirtnap@Solidarity_Star Not even close to being in the Top 3 countries in the AI race… objectively.
Efficiency & Automation are two words antithetical to how Japan ACTUALLY works 😅
@lazystalker@GearoidReidy They were quick to say “user pays” but we know damn well it’s not all coming back to us 🤣 if they provide a yen by yen breakdown of all the benefits we will now receive from the higher fees, I will pay it happily with a smile on my face. They want to syphon it off like always..
@capsulebutt What’s a real slap in the face is they want to treat you as a long term resident (very quickly) when they can rinse you for taxes eg inheritance tax FROM ABROAD - but then they turn their backs and change the goalposts when it comes to giving those same families stability.
@gaming_simone@NikkoYtb@Unveiled_ChinaX If this is a pervasive issue then I apologize for saying it was nonsense. Of course if such schools are able to operate (and immigrantion is somehow granting visas for such schools) then it should be shut down!
@NikkoYtb@gaming_simone@Unveiled_ChinaX Can they really operate though? It’s my understanding that they require a license from the government, and that license is a requisite for granting visas. Don’t comply with immigration policy -> no license -> no license, no visas for their students.
@gaming_simone@Unveiled_ChinaX Thing schools actually care about is attendence or their business fails. I met 2 people who ended up having to leave Japan due to attendence issues.
@gaming_simone@Unveiled_ChinaX This is nonsense. Schools now have automated systems to notify immigration if attendence dips below a certain threshold (80% iirc). Visa renewal is also impossible if attendence is below 90%. It’s very strict. The schools ability to obtain visas relies on compliance. The only..
@nhk_news Dammit. Oh well, she’ll fit in with the other slush fund criminals in the cabinet I guess.
Nothing like facing the consequences of your actions 🙄 she’s now been caught TWICE!
