My Bank account is blocked due to and debit card was undelivered and i updated my address recently after that when i contact the bank RM he said that your address verification is pending, he simply said that agent will come in next 1-2 days but now

When i called my RM to unblock my account he said that address verification agent will come than i said its more than 10 days no agent is coming. he said that he will not call you will just reach at your address. WTF is this? How will i know that agent is coming or not?

i was opening digital current account but during video kyc i forgot what i entered in anual turnover the video kyc agent was saying i m saying incorrect amount again and again. Give me my 5000₹ back i dont want to open an account with you. you guys have no support. @UjjivanBank
