Update the app and pick the model you want.
it's funny how @itsprade and I independently land on the same idea, chasing the same problem with almost the same approach.
someone's gonna launch soon, and I don't think it'll be me.
Texture designed in Figma. Ridges modeled in Autodesk.Fusion Sized in Bambu Studio. Printed on a Bambu Lab A1.
UX community should talk more about designing physical products.
Watching something go from pixels to atoms is one of the coolest design experiences out there.
π @harmonic_build got its first paying customer in less than 48h
$9 mrr πΈ
I know it doesn't cover the rent but it covers my github actions bill. which means it is technically profitable now. If you want to be customer #2, visit harmonic[dot]build
#buildinpublic
@Kenneth solved now π€ fix was easy, but with email, the site, oauth, and license-check all on that domain every next click felt like writing in the death note lol
1/ launched @harmonic_build yesterday.
within hours, one user messaged: he couldn't sign in.
his work laptop was blocking our login link entirely.
what was going on β
#buildinpublic
4/ fix: move sign-in onto a real branded subdomain.
now every magic link opens on https://t.co/AOFj3ycQG4 β clean, trusted, no warning.
it's generated server-side, so it went live for every user the moment we deployed.
3/ root cause: sign-in ran through a worker at https://t.co/YDIu8lvHxq
to chrome's phishing filter, https://t.co/oD0gULKvBT looks like a lookalike of our real domain, https://t.co/RhF1xqzR9e. so it blocked it.
