@Iberia has cancelled my flight home from Chile in April, and for some reason @Trip are taking 7+ days to "verify my change request" to rebook onto another suitable flight, whilst persistently cancelling my request so we have to call up again to put in the request.

@MayorofLondon @TfL Santander bikes in London are great!! What's absolutely terrible is the Cycle Hire app! So glitchy it renders the bikes unusable as you can't hire them on the app. Fix the app asap so we can get back on the bikes!

@British_Airways Unfortunately this doesn't help me. I don't want to use the voucher, my original flight in May 2020 was cancelled but I am a nurse and was completing the refund form in btwn tasks at work and didn't realise it was a form for a voucher not a refund. I really need the £500odd back.
