@amarisblairr @Blue70517 It's not what you eat as much as "how" you eat. There's ways to trick your body into lowering your metabolism and storing fat at higher levels. If you eat like a bird - u won't gain weight. But if u eat only 1 or 2 BIG meals per day - u will. Look it up

@pwascommish @motel6 Jeez that's terrible. So, unlike MOST corporate-owned franchise-run business models in America - generally speaking "corporate" isn't the bad guy in most motel situations. It's actually the local franchise owners that are complete a-holes & train their employees to act this way.
