@TheobromaIndia received the worst quality packaging, that was torn and tried to be stuck together with a cheap ass tape (of another company??) genuinely so sad to see a (used to be) great company provide such bad service with no resolution :(

@AmazonHelp can u help me out ?

[okaycool @IraIsabitch]

WORST CUSTOMER CARE EVER @amazonIN @amazon was given fake Nikes 3 days ago, after multiple attempts at returning - I have tried calling the customer care through the app but keep getting connected to random calls all over the country.

[okaycool @IraIsabitch]

@SwiggyCares Thank you for your help Pallabi, literally should have tweeted 30 mins ago. The customer care was terrible through the app but this was so quick 😇

[okaycool @IraIsabitch]

@SwiggyCares having the worlds worst experience with assistance of a replacement of a clearly wrong order, PLS SAVE ME

[okaycool @IraIsabitch]

@SwiggyCares YES PLEASE. That would make my dayyy ❤️ I can return the wrong item back since it’s untouched.

[okaycool @IraIsabitch]

@SwiggyCares It’s 170050475210775. I ordered a mc cheese burger and got a Mc chicken instead. I don’t like that burger and after requesting a replacement for about 30 minutes THEY STILL KEEP TELLING ME WE CANT GIVE YOU A REFUND- I don’t want a refund, I just want my Mc cheese.
