The "Blindness" Dilemma
Most companies are treating AI as a "plug-and-play" solution for productivity.
They’re wrong.
AI is a multiplier, not a miracle worker. If you apply a multiplier to a workforce you don't understand, you aren't scaling efficiency-you’re scaling confusion
The Strategy Shift:
- Job Titles are Dead: A title is a static label;
- Avoid "Corporate Comfort": Generic training modules feel good but do nothing. Real growth requires precision reskilling based on data.
- The Order of Operations: You cannot leverage AI until you have clarity
Why job boards feel broken?
Job boards aren’t designed to help you upgrade your career.
They’re designed to help employers fill roles.
That’s why they:
– filter by job titles, not skills.
🧵
So when people feel “stuck,” it’s rarely because they lack ability.
It’s because the system doesn’t show how what they already have translates into something new.
Career change doesn’t fail because people are lazy.
It fails because is built for matching — not mapping.
@ethanmonkhouse I kept running into the same problem: I knew I had skills, but not how they translated in the market or what a realistic pivot looked like.
Job boards show openings.
LinkedIn connects recruiters.
I built career intelligence that matches jobs and maps skills → roles → next steps

Most people stay in jobs they hate because they think they lack the "experience" to switch. ❌
The truth? You don't lack experience. You lack Career Intelligence.
Here’s how to pivot into a high-paying role in 60 seconds. 🧵
The "Aha!" moment happens when you see your potential in dollars. 💸
We analyzed a Communication Specialist and found she was an 80% match for a Marketing Manager role.
That’s a pivot into a $70k–$90k salary range she didn't even know she was qualified for.
That moment when an early user sends feedback… and you realize the product is actually helping people.
This message made my whole week.
WorkerFolio is just getting started.

Most people stay in jobs they hate because they fear the "Career Pivot."
They think pivoting means starting over at the bottom.
They are wrong.
Here is the framework for pivoting without losing your leverage (and how to do it right): 🧵
4. The Portfolio is King Resumes tell people what you did.
Portfolios show people what you can do.
When you lack official experience in a new field, your Portfolio is your bridge.
It is the only proof of competence that matters.
3. Permissionless Apprenticeship Stop. Waiting for someone to hire you to do the "new thing."
Do the thing first.
