Because normal people can distinguish between old canon and new canon and know that for over 22 years, Steve and Bucky in 616 have had a brotherly-friendly relationship, not a fatherly one. And they even have the brains to know that the MCU is a different universe.

@616capthirteen @inkakolakate No, it's not CURRENT canon, because that's the definition of a retcon, one that CHANGES the current canon. "Kid Bucky" is in-universe propaganda, nothing more. And of course, I'll love any "evidence" you provide from the OLD canon to support your claim ;)
