@whittledaway @MoiraHannon Check out Keep Ireland Open who are campaigning for new laws to facilitate better access ( with codes of practice) . The insurance rules were changed last month making people more responsible for their own safety, to reassure landowners)

I visited England's Peak District recently, what's most obvious to an Irish visitor is the huge network of off-road paths and trails, along rivers and through woods but mostly farmers fields
